YAMADA slurry pumps (SolidPRO) are designed for pumping media with solid particles up to 50 mm.
The use of traditional ball valves does not ensure reliable, stable operation of pumps in such conditions, and in addition, the need to clean clogged pump elements requires stopping the working process for partial disassembly of the pump. YAMADA engineers have developed a valve assembly with a lobe valve specifically for these conditions, capable of working with liquids with such inclusions and, at the same time, allowing for quick cleaning or maintenance of the valve without disassembling the pump itself.
